Set in the beautiful Welsh county of Powys, Tynllwyn Farm offers B&B accommodation. With magnificent views of the Severn Valley and Long Mountain guests can enjoy comfortable, fully equipped accommodation.

We provide a choice of bed and breakfast accommodation for guests. We have five B&B rooms, each furnished to a high standard, fully equipped and with views of the surrounding countryside.

Things to see and do
Situated in countryside a mile out of the market town of Welshpool, we are perfectly placed to explore Powys, Mid Wales and further afield. Guests can enjoy the great outdoors with easy access to walking trails, horse riding and a range of outdoor pursuits. Nearby attractions include Powys Castle, Llanfair Light Railway, Chirk Castle, Erddig House, and Attingham Park National Trust properties.
Walking holidays
Tynllwyn Farm is perfectly placed for walkers following the famous Glyndwr’s Way and Offa’s Dyke trails. We offer walking guests a pick-up and drop off service from and to the trails, as well as baggage transfer.

Excellent location and service
My wife and I stayed in the room in the middle front of the farm house, with the king size bed. The room was excellent – very clean – as was the en suite. The views from the house are spectacular and because the weather was good we were able to sleep with the window open. The service by David was excellent: we noticed that he ‘s remembered each guest’s name. Full English breakfast was excellent and we were encouraged to have as much toast as we wanted!
Perfect B&B
An older style house but beautifully furnished throughout. Our room was lovely with a fabulous view. Food was excellent. David made us very welcome. Hope to visit again as perfect base for travelling around.
